Several years have passed since the lethal ambush, which targeted Jabal, damaged his soul and body extensively but unfortunately he lost his son and lover who succumbed under the bullets. Jabal finds out that Zidane was the one who schemed the ambush; Zidane main interest was to keep Jabal away from Al-Hayba, so he could continue with his smuggling operations.  Jabal secluded himself from everyone and hid in a remote area, and during that time, he planned meticulously when to return and how to revenge. Meanwhile, Zidan was expanding his smuggling operations and continued his diabolic plan and which was to exterminate Sheikh Al-Jabal’s family’s last members and their influence on Al-Hayba. 

So he brought into the family's house, Rania the daughter of uncle (Jamal) whose heart is filled with anger and revenge.  He managed to bring back to Al Hayba, Nemr Al Saeed and all the hatred he carries for Al Hayba and its people. These themes form the core line of the fourth part of Al-Hayba series, entitled The Payback.
